Welcome to The Maine Photo Studio — my dedicated creative space in southern Maine. Designed with warmth, light, and versatility in mind, this 800+ square-foot studio is where I photograph newborns, milestones, lifestyle families, headshots, product, and branding sessions.
Featuring beautiful natural light, white walls, exposed brick, hardwood floors, and a faux LED window, the studio provides a timeless and cozy backdrop for every kind of session. With a private entrance, bathroom, and easy parking, it offers a comfortable and seamless experience for my clients from start to finish.

Unfortunately, at this time we are not longer renting the space out to other photographers or the public.
I am a photographer, can I rent the space?
The Maine Photo Studio is owned and operated by Maine Family Photographer Carrie Pellerin.. You will be working with her for all your photography needs.
Does the studio come with a photographer?
Cancellation requests made more than 14 days in advance will receive a full refund of 100% of the total scheduled session cost. For cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled session, you will receive a credit for the full amount, which can be used toward a future session within 3 months of the original session date.
What is the cancellation policy?
For the safety and upkeep of the studio, we do not allow sparklers, smoke machines, open flames, glitter, confetti, or champagne pops. Additionally, please avoid making any holes in the walls (such as with tacks or nails) or using tape that could leave residue or pull of paint.
Children are welcome, but they must be supervised at all times. If you'd like to bring an animal into the studio for your session, please contact Carrie before hand to make the necessary arrangements.
