Hey friend!

i'm Carrie.

The most important thing to know about me is that my FAMILY is EVERYTHING.  When I am not behind the camera I can be found at home or at camp spending time with my husband, son and two dogs.

My personal photography style is a blend of documentary and posed.  I love those quick little images of my family all smiling at the camera as well the ones candid in nature.  My personal albums and videos are filled with messy hair, crazy colored clothes and messy toys.  They are also full of love, connection and smiles.

Photography is more than just a job for me.  It is a passion.

My road to motherhood was not easy. My husband and I spent spent 7 years trying to have a child.  During that time we had some very big highs and some very deep lows.

One successful round of IVF later and I was finally pregnant. After a very challenging and risky pregnancy I gave birth to a perfect 4lb little baby boy.  The scariest and happiest day of my life so far.

From the moment I laid eyes on him I knew life would never be the same.

However, no one can prepare you for just how fast motherhood moves.  The days feel so long and yet you blink and he is starting kindergarten.

Every year that goes by I appreciate the images and videos I have even more.  To me they are priceless...
