I have a special connection with this amazing couple. I first had the privilege of photographing their engagement session 10 years ago, followed by their beautiful wedding 9 years ago. And now, seeing them as a family of four, capturing their precious moments together was truly special. I couldn’t be happier to share this dreamy pastel Family Session in Saco, Maine.

The weather was not on our side for this photo session. We had to reschedule multiple times due to the rain. Finally, on the day of the shoot, it was still cloudy and rainy. Despite the forecast, we decided to go ahead with the session. And to our delight, as we arrived at the location, the sun started to peek through the clouds. The result was a stunning golden pink haze that created the perfect backdrop for our coastal session in Saco, Maine.

The couple’s children were full of energy and joy, running around and exploring the beach. We captured candid shots of them playing in the water, tickling the little ones toes, and laughing together. These fleeting moments of childhood innocence and sibling bonding are what make family photography so rewarding.

One of the highlights of the session was when the parents joined in on the fun. They played with their kids, tickled them, and shared in their laughter. These authentic moments of connection and love between family members are what truly make a photo come alive.

The coastal backdrop of Saco, Maine, added an ethereal touch to the photos. The soft sand, gentle waves of the dunes, and distant waters created a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The family’s outfits, in pastel tones, complemented the natural beauty of the location perfectly.

One of my favorite shots from the session was of the family walking along the shoreline, hand in hand, with the sunset painting the sky behind them. The image captured the essence of togetherness and love, a moment that will be cherished for years to come.

As a Family Photographer, I strive to create timeless images that tell a story and evoke emotions. This session with this special family was a reminder of why I love what I do. It was a celebration of love, connection, and the beauty of family life.

I am grateful for the opportunity to capture these precious moments and create memories that will be treasured for generations. Family photography is not just about taking pictures; it’s about preserving moments of love, joy, and togetherness that will be cherished forever. And for that, I am truly thankful.
