Just the three of them together exactly as they are right now.

These are the kinds of sessions that make my heart so happy — simple, joyful, and full of connection. The kind of images that feel just as beautiful framed on your walls years from now as they do today.

And this little girl? She made it all look effortless.

A Studio Designed for Soft, Natural Light

Over the past few years, I’ve worked hard to create a studio space that feels simple, calm, and beautiful. A place where families can walk in and focus on being together rather than worrying about the environment around them.

One of the biggest priorities for me was creating light that feels completely natural, even though it’s studio lighting. I use constant lights that mimic the soft look of window light, creating that creamy, timeless feel in the final images.

The goal is that when you look at the photographs, the light feels gentle and natural — never harsh or overly “studio”.

Why Constant Light Is Great for Little Ones

Another reason I love working with constant light in the studio is that it’s much more comfortable for young children.

Unlike traditional flash photography, constant light doesn’t suddenly pop or surprise them. Flash can sometimes startle babies and toddlers, especially during those early milestone sessions.

With continuous light, the environment stays calm and predictable. Children can move, explore, smile, and interact naturally without anything interrupting the moment.

That relaxed atmosphere makes a big difference — especially with one-year-olds who are curious, busy, and always on the move.

Perfect for One-Year Milestones

One-year sessions are such a special moment to document.

They’re standing, exploring, showing their personalities, and interacting with their parents in the sweetest ways. At the same time, they’re still very much babies — with those soft expressions and little giggles that disappear so quickly.

In the studio, we keep things simple so the focus stays exactly where it belongs: on your child and your family.
